Service Spotlight
Tender Beginnings is a free voluntary home visitation program that gives soon-to-be and first-time parents the support and advice they need to create meaningful bonds with their child. Children must be within three months of birth. The program is for parents raising children from birth to age 5 - one of the most important developmental phases in a child's life.
Through Tender Beginnings, parents receive in-home support from trained professionals. The program teaches parents how they can best foster good health, provide early brain stimulation and improve the well-being of their child.
